Although I was only able to book the activity in English through the website, we had no problem getting them to switch to the group in Spanish when we arrived at the meeting point with our guide. My companions do not speak English, so the change was very helpful. The guide of our group, Amélie, made our visit very enjoyable, with very technical explanations but also with curiosities about the tower that we loved. The entire group (10 people in total) had hired the climb to the top, and the guide, very professional, made us wait at the security controls and the elevators very short. It is the first time that we do an activity with this company on our trips, and we will certainly repeat it. For punctuality and professionalism.

Pepe, our tour guide was excellent. Would go in any other tour with him: humor, one-liners with a touch of irony and he knew his city. Made me laugh a lot.
With hundreds of people in line to get into a couple elevators, Pepe was clear in his instructions and said don’t worry I won’t leave without you and we will all be together.

We had Pepe as our guide, he was fantastic. The meeting spot was clear as long as you get there early as there are also other tour guides meeting groups nearby so need to make sure you find the right guide. Pepe was not only informative but fun too and did a great job giving many historical facts on the tour. Would recommend this tour as it was easy to navigate security and ticket lines and just be able to enjoy the visit.
