Britt was very lively as a guide and she covered all points as planned and even her recommendations at Nobbies & Penguin parade were spot on.

  2. Michael_A

This tour started with a very comfortable bus and the bubbly Vicky. She kept us well informed and engaged in the experience. We learned a lot as we travelled between venues that prepared us for what we would see. It was great to see the views on the island and the Koala up close. The penguin experience was out of this world. It is a pity that only a few of us on earth can see and appreciate the behaviors of these creatures live. Vicky gave us tips on how to enjoy the whole penguin experience which really helped.

  3. Nasrin_R

Was a beautiful experience overall with great ocean views and seeing the penguins return to their nests. Our driver cum tour guide was full of enthusiasm and cheer.

  4. Maria_B

This is such a memorable trip for us to see native Koala and Blue Penguins. Highly recommended. Craig, our driver, gave very informative commentary on Australia, Victoria and the rules around visiting these precious cute little penguins.

  5. Mark_C

Our tour guide Naomi was great. So passionate and educated on Australia. A true ambassador!
Our dinner time was very rushed. Would have like time distributed a bit differently.

  6. DWARAKANATH_C

Very exciting trip. The koala park, the beaches and the arrangements for the penguin parade were all rare experiences. It was very cold at the beach late in the evening. An advanced guideline would help.
Our guide Simon made the trip interesting with his commentary and tips to make the best of the trip.

The Koala reserve, the flake & chips in Cowes and watching the little penguins come out of the sea and walk across the beach.

What a fantastic afternoon & evening! Peter our guide was enthusiastic and very informative. He was a pleasure to spend the day with. We were lucky at the Koala Conservation because a cute little koala was up and stretching and eating! Got a bunch of excellent videos. The penguins were are adorable. It was a fantastic experience!

Excellent excursion!! Long drive is required but the rewards are substantial….
Please remember it is much colder and more windy than expected.
Carry jacket or blanket. Long pants recommended.
You will not regret spending your dollars on this one.

Quite an Experience in nature. Not knowing the details of arrangement so we could not prioritize our focus.

Parading along the boardwalk with Penguins, close up koalas, Wallabies EVERYWHERE. Totally worth it but may be hard on some and can feel rushed with only 45 mins to an hour at most at any given location. But you get to check a lot of items off your list.

  12. Timothy_S

Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. She got us safely to and from all of the venues. The Koalas and Wallabies and Penguins were all adorable!

During our journey to Australia, we had visited four Kolala reserves. On this trip to the Phillip Island Reserve, we experienced incredible Kolala interactions not seen before. The penguins’ process of returning from the sea to the same nest to feed their babies had been described to us at colonies in the Falklands, South America & Antartica, BUT now we have seen the process completed!! Nature must be seen to be truly understood and this trip did just that!

  14. Pamela_A

Our tour guide Vicky was amazing! So welcoming and full of information and tips that made our experience even better.

  15. Susan_W

The island tour with the visit to the koala reserve, the beautiful coast scenery, the wildlife. I think the experience about the penguins was a bit over-hyped so the thousands of penguins expected turned out to be a couple hundred during the time we were there. Seeing the penguins traversing the hill into the burrows was probably the best part of the experience. It was very cool to be so up close to them. Unfortunately, it was too dark to take pictures but the important thing is the penguin well-being so will just have to hold on to the memory in my brain.

The tour guide was humorous and very kind. He made the whole experience very enjoyable for us and had a lot of knowledge. Highly recommend!

The tour guide was spectacular and so full of kindness and energy. The sights were a little disappointing. The Koala reserve only had a few and some of the penguin viewing was far away where you needed binoculars.
    Overall a good experience.

Pick up on time at Melbourne, modern Bus, nice Tour Guide, Stops at Koala sanctuary and Phillip Island.
The rules of the Penguin Parade are a bit annoying

  20. Russell_W

Our tour guide, bus driver and bus were excellent. The penguins were spectacular. I would highly recommend this tour. And, don’t forget to dress for cold and rain in the rainy season.

  21. John_H

The driver was very nice and accommodating. The stop/town where we were to have lunch was less than expected. The restaurant choices were not good. I got a burger to go…ugh. The picnic yard had high grass and trash around. The next town would have been better by the looks.
    The penguin experience was excellent!!!
