No one was there at the appointed time of the meeting. We waited 15 minutes in the cold. Dinner was nothing special and small. In the end, they didn’t even give us the photos they took of us.

the performances by the artists were exceptional, they kept everyone in high spirits and engaged – the food was not acceptable at all, total disaster – not enough and very mediocre – also they show you a fancy dessert ask you to choose and then tell you to pay 20 euro 🙁 and then serve a totally different small size desert plate of fruit and a small piece of baklava – that left a bad taste in your mouth

Overall it was a good show on the cruise. Food quality could be a little better than what was served. Entering the Cruise/boat was a chaos. Very very unorganized. Pick up/ drop off vehicle driver should’ve carried a board sign to direct people, as the driver could not speak English at all. We were looking for him everywhere after we disembarked the cruise.

The DJ was not good or professional, but the dancers were nice. However, other staff members were not kind or polite. The menu included two main courses: one with chicken and meat, which had a good taste and was warm, and the other with fish, which was not fresh and warm. On a positive note, the driver, Morad, was very kind, polite, and punctual.

What an awful experience. We ran off the boat before it took off. The food was terrible it was overcooked and smelled horrible I could not get past the first bite. People were smoking in the dining area and the smell was terrible. The friends that were with me were also disgusted. The bathrooms were filthy, the drinks were watered down. This was so bad. Please do not book this. I wish I could get my money back because we didn’t eat or even drink after 1 drink.

Overall not bad, few things to mention for the sake of improvement.
1. Dinner plate was not a good portion but like an appetizer. Three small thumb size ground beef Kabab pieces with little rice and very small quantity of green salad leaves. This plate was barely an appetizer. I did ask an attendant that when dinner will be served and she replied, you just had it. And, I was like what!
2. Too much salt, yes way too much salt in everything. Cut down on salt and have additional salt on side if someone likes to have more.
3. There was no WiFi on the yacht. We were sent network name as Magisty Bosphorus and password Magesty2024. There was no WiFi network as messaged. On inquiry we were told that the agent that there is no WiFi and that the agent lied to us.

Not a good experience. Food was cold, alcohol was basically juice. I think it was ambitious for this company to complete such a tour without adequate staffing to assist. It appeared that there was many people attendance but lack of staff. Good entertainment shows.

I have to say it was great if you consider that complete service is around 40€ per person.
We had a great time, everything (except this little thing with confusion about transfer – driver speaks 0 English- he dropped us at port without explanation how to reach boat) was beautiful. Food was really good, fresh and tasty but dancers were highlight of the night. Also, boy who took care of our table was nice and really reliable. And most importantly, he can speak English.
Music was a little louder, but again, it is İstanbul, so it is part of the experience.

We arrive at the cruise and when the open the door they let everyone sit as they like….after 60 people approx was sit dow the start to check the people to sit them on the right spot, when I arrive on my table someone was there and didn’t wanna stand up they sit me on a different table not the VIP I bought and there was some people on it they move away, but I didn’t feel like eating the starter that was on the table and of course they didn’t replace it. It was allready 10pm and I didn’t receive any drink (I paid for all I can drink), of course they were all stress and the rush the service, main was cold.
The Manager had the courage to ask for Tips at the end of the night very funny.
And Viator as picture attached think I don’t need a refund.
All a joke worse costumer service ever on both sides Cruise and Viator .

There are lots more authentic things to do in Istanbul than this. The Whirling Dervish part of the show was 5 minutes long. In reality, the “whirling” is a part of a long, complex spiritual ceremony. The main entertainment of the night was a belly dancer collecting money as she allowed individuals to dance with her.
The food was not terrible, but not very good either. A man brought desserts to the table for us to choose from. After we did, he asked for 10 euros (not lira). The real dessert was watermelon, apple and a small piece of baklava.
The women’s bathroom was filthy with urine or water all over the floor.
This is a brazen money grubbing operation.

When we arrived there was a platter of food that appeared to be melted. Who knows how long it sat. There was very little air conditioning and an odd odor to the room. Our neighbors sitting next to is also commented. The first wine glass had lipstick on it and the others had similar smudges. The wine was of poor quality. The dinner itself was ok. The views spectacular. The entertainment was good.
