I have used VIATOR booking for almost a dozen transfers so they have set my expectations a little bit high I presume. We have gotten used to mostly Mercedes sedans or other high quality professional vehicle. The vehicle that picked us up for this trip was an average 4 door sedan that although was clean, it was not the polished professional look we have become used to. Would zi still use them, absolutely. The peace of mind of having all the transportations I need in another country booked and paid for in advance so I don’t have to worry is enough. The appearance of the vehicle is an extra. The driver greeted us promptly at the hotel.

We searched internet sites to find the best way to get from the hotel in Rome to the cruise port city of Civitavechia. Of the many options available, we chose the private car through Viator. It was the best way to go with door to door service and no lugging your bags on a train or a bus. Highly recommended.
