Ross was a great tour guide. He explained upfront what we would be seeing and what we would and would not be able to do as a group. Then took us to five or six different locations within the castle and talked some history, which was very interesting. Afterwords, our ticket allowed us to go into any of the buildings except two within the castle because no one could go in those buildings. It was really interesting and there are some great views.
