I loved this snorkeling experience. The combination of the Coral, Underwater Museum, Turtle Searching & Wreck visit was perfect. The efficiency of the tour is amazing! The value is incredible. Fernando was an incredible guide. The sites absolutely breathtaking. The wreck was my favorite (we didnt see turtles).
I highly recommend grab a cover for your iPhone so you get underwater shots. We ended up beign coordinated with Total Snorkel Cancun.
Highly highly recommend. I’ve been on tours in Jamaica, Mexico, Egypt and more via snorkel and scuba and this value is amazing!

Most amazing snorkel adventure we’ve ever been on. Crew was great and we swam with 3 sea turtles! The fish around the shipwreck, reef and center were beautiful and abundant.

It was our first time and the experience was great! We had Eduardo, Pili and Manuel. They were all great. Great photos, we saw 3 sea turtles and lots of beautiful fish. Would recommend!
Kaitlyn_G –
Wonderful experience! We saw/swam with 3 sea turtles, a sting ray and a bunch of beautiful different kinds of fish! The guide and driver were helpful and friendly!

Truly enjoyed being with Carlos Pineapple! And our captain of our ship! The snorkeling was interesting with beautiful water, lots of fish, sea turtles and a ship! But the purpose of this review is more so to showcase how well we were taken care of. In the sense 2 out of the 5 of the party got sea sick and both of our crew were very understanding. Giving us water and offering to turn back at any point. The other three got to continue snorkeling while the two stayed on the boat. It was still a very pleasant experience thanks to the amazing crew!

I decided to do the 7am snorkel… our tour guide Moses and the captain of the boat was wonderful he was very entertaining and showed us all the beautiful spots. It was my first time snorkeling and I have to say it was a beautiful experience. Make sure you know how to swim and bring a towel/Water!

This is excursion was one of a kind! Very riveting! It was about 2.5 hrs long with some incredible spots to snorkel.

We had the best time at the morning snorkeling trip with Daisy. The tour was perfect with the different stops and we even saw a sea turtle 🐢!
stephen_p –
Great trip, small groups (6 on our boat). Saw loads of fish, plus a large Ray and a couple of 🐢’s. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to go snorkeling in Cancun.

You say you love to snorkel?!? THIS is the tour for you!! While in Cancun we went on another snorkel trip that took us to Isle of Mijiare (spelling?) and it was only about 15 minutes of snorkeling. Bad!
With this tour, so the boat that you go on is not so deluxe, and there’s no liquor, but we saw 4 huge turtles in the water. A shipwreck. A cenote. Tons of beautiful fish. And I saw Nemo! He even winked at me! Anyway, it was fabulous. The best part of our whole trip by far. This is a five star excursion. Workers are great and the snorkeling is Magnifico!

This was a memorable experience to share with someone. It was tons of fun, with so many things to see. Our guide, was expectational. He was patient with the group, instructed us throughout the experience and made sure to check in with us frequently.

Best snorkeling tour I’ve been on. We went on the early tour 7am and we were the only ones there. The guides were awesome and we got to see several turtles and stingrays in addition to the countless varieties of colorful fish. The shipwreck was my favorite.

Daisy was our tour guide and the best swimmer I have ever seen. The whole crew explained everything in detail and made us feel very safe. The boat ride out was calm but the waters were choppy to snorkel so in, however we saw everything as PROMISED! My best tip is DONT try to swim hard with flippers as you will tire quickly , just relax and do a deadman s float and slow deep breaths. This works even in choppy waters, just use your arms to move around. I hadn’t snorkeled in 20 years and I’m almost 50 and had the BEST EXPERIENCE! Loved all of it.

Wonderful trip! We did the early morning experience at 7am and got to see the sunrise before setting off. Saw 5 turtles, visited coral reefs, statues, a shipwreck and an underwater cenote which was cool! The staff really looked after us and made it even more enjoyable, especially Moises. Only downside was that it felt slightly rushed- we saw a big turtle and I wanted to follow for a while but we had to move on. But it didn’t affect our trip it was just a small downside. Absolutely fab!

Excellent experience and the guides and crew were very attentive to everyone. Saw plenty of turtles and sea life. A must if you like to snorkel!

Booked for 12pm, pick up at hotel. Was there at the appointed time but was told they’d come at 10:20! Rang number of tour operator provided by Viator – it was for the wrong tour company! Finally get hold of correct tour company who tell me they’d tried to contact me (I’d received no emails or messages). Rearranged for next day but was told I’d have to pay $15 for doing so! Agreed to it (I’d already paid for the tour). Messaged Viatour complaining but they’ve yet to respond.
Next day tour was cancelled due to weather, offered Friday at the earliest. Can’t say it’s very impressive on anyone’s part.

Crap customer service.. when booked they went to the wrong hotel…called me the night before at 9pm to confirm…I could barely hear them. They moved the pickup time to be earlier…and then because they went to the wrong hotel…they were difficult to reschedule. And the Rechedule had to happen due to weather…which btw was totally fine…when I informed them that I could not reschedule due to leaving beforehand…they said oh well that sucks…call viator and see what they can do. If there were a lower rating I would give them a negative score…I tried to chat with them via txting…horrible responses…I do not reccomend them

I absolutely loved this snorkeling experience! This is my second time snorkeling and I felt a bit more comfortable with the entire process. The experience included transportation to and from our hotel, which was super convenient. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was really friendly and funny.
Our group had 6 people so it was pretty intimate. They provided all the gear ahead of getting into the boat, which we tested to make sure the mask and flippers were adjusted accordingly. Once on the boat, the team goes over safety rules and tips once out in the water.
We explored cenotes, coral reefs, hand statues, a shipwreck, and swam near turtles. All of the locations were super cool but my favorite was the shipwreck and the turtles. I’ve never ever seen a shipwreck in real life and underwater, it was amazing. We got to swim around it and through it which made me feel like I was exploring the Titanic. The staff called this the Mexican Titanic, that was a good one!
Totally recommend this experience, it was fantastic! Thank you for such a great time <3

The staff was great and super kind, and through no fault of their own, we had to cut our outing short. The water was very choppy on the day we went and seasickness took hold within the first couple of stops. The guides called for another boat to pick us up and got us back to land as quickly as possible.
What we did manage to see was really cool and we wished we could have lasted longer! So many interesting fish, the statues underwater were amazing and we enjoyed everything we saw. If you get nauseous easily, watch out for rough waters and consider rescheduling if a storm has recently passed through or is incoming. But even if you get out there and things go awry, the team is very compassionate and will do everything they can to help. I also have to give a shout-out to the medical team at the dock who took care of us while waiting for the nausea to pass. Just a very kind group of people all around!
