From the time we boarded the boat till the time we got off we received excellent service from Alex and his crew. They girl’s never stopped serving and looking after everyone as well as do their jobs on board. It was a perfect night for our first time visit to Darwin. It was lovely the crew excellent, the two young ladies serving AMAZING! and with a smile the whole time. As I was travelling with my sister and new to Darwin we wondered why the skipper could not ring a taxi to collect us from the wharf! it was very dark by them and we are two older ladies maybe they could ask how many people need a taxi and make one phone call and ask for let’s say 5 taxis or whatever if I have known how dark and isolate it was I would have stayed home.

It was the worst decision! It was our 4th wedding anniversary and we missed the Cruise… we called several times to let them know what has happened and why we will be there 3 MINUTES late. Nobody answered the calls and nobody calls you either, the actual thing is they don’t care about their customers. David, the guy in charge called me back and said he couldn’t reschedule us because I booked in through Viator and after talking with 7 people from Viator, they said David didn’t approve us to be rescheduled for another day. We were 3 MINUTES late, nobody actually cares why was that… There’s nothing better to book in with companies that really care about you, so I won’t ever recommend this.
