The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive as the weather was not very kind to us on the Sunday and most people didn’t feel to great in the swell. But even though it was stormy & cold the Whales did not disappoint. Lots of spouting But the most fantastic show of all was a big breaching of a wonderful whale within minutes of having to turn and head back to shore . Thank You for the Amazing Experience 👌

Had a great day. Saw plenty of whales all around the boat at one stage. Weather was a bit overcast and a bumpy sea.

Seeing 4 large whales and lots and lots of dolphins – we floated parallel to them for a very long time, the skipper having cut the motor to allow them to relax and frolic, which they did. Jervis Bay, the coastline and Bowen Island were spectacular also.

Seeing the whales and dolphins it was honestly an amazing experience I would definitely go in this cruise again

Lovely skippers. Very informative and experienced. It was awesome to be able to actually see the whales at a closer proximity, with their help.

the day was cold and windy with a bit of a swell, difficult to stay balanced while taking photos, but i managed to take a couple of really good ones.

The whole experience was amazing. The guides and captain were so accommodating and caring which made the trip so much more relaxing as a single mum with my 3 year old being her first trip on a big boat.

Beautiful boat trip. The bay is beautiful. Lovely calm day. Perfect weather and the crew were lovely. Sadly no whales and didn’t even see dolphins. No sea animals wanted to come out to play!

Beautiful boat trip unfortunately we didn’t see any whales or dolphins but did get beautiful pictures of the bay. Rough waters on the day traveled glad we took something for sea sickness prior to the ride it seemed a lot of others wished they would have. The crew was extremely professional and caring to all participants and handled every situation that arose with ease.

Staff were lovely and did there very best to provide a great whale watching experience for all. With only a small distant sighting, the whales did not want to play the game unfortunately 🙁 … but the staff still made the trip memorable. Kids had fun just being on the boat, and the weather was pretty good too!
Tip for staff – get dairy free/alternate milk option pls! One milk option is not sufficient for customers these days 😉

Hi,
The tour got cancelled because of an accident so we drove all the way from Sydney in vain. Very disappointing and frustrating. They could have at least called me to save me from a two and a half hours drive. If you want to book this tour, you need to understand that there is no guarantee whatsoever that it will still go on, and they may not even inform you that it has been cancelled. They ruined my 25th wedding anniversary’s day. The lady on the counter had no alternatives available for me during the day.

Staff were great and the sea life, Whales, Seals and Dolphins came to the party to make it a very exciting cruise. Especially for the kids.

Seeing how close the whales come up to the boat and how informative the captain and crew were not only about the dolphins and whales but also the local area
