This tour was the best experience of a 10 day long visit to Phuket and Krabi. Phang Nga Bay is much more than just James Bond Island, especially when you have such an experienced, dedicated and professional crew like BJ Canoeing running the show. From the macaques, to the comfortable boat, to the sights, the food, and the canoeing, the entire trip was absolutely wonderful; much more than the description alone. Thank you, David, for making our trip to Phuket truly unforgettable!

Our guide was Mannah and he was amazing!! So polite with a great sense of humour. Ooh man, he made the tour so much cool and fun for everyone.
Tour started at Phuket – sailing to Phang Nga Bay & James Bond Island with Canoeing. There were enough snacks and refreshments throughout the tour. Delicious lunch was served with enough seconds for everyone. Clean boat, hygienic place. Very well kept. Peaceful and lovely atmosphere. Activities we’re canoeing and swimming.
I really loved this!!! Highly extremely recommend!! Mannah you rock!! And of course the viewers were as expected and advertised on instagram & the tour was relaxed with enough opportunity to take instagram worth of photos.

2) 4 sites- James Bond, 2 island canoeing experience and 1 island self canoeing and swimming.

4) staffs are polite and humble

Big boat so it’s slow and time consuming

Fantastic day out with Mana and his team from BJ Canoeing Tours. The scenery was spectacular, particularly Hong Island which is not to be missed. The pickup was on-time and done efficiently in small minivans. The trip out to the islands, although it took a while, was scenic and enjoyable with tunes playing. There were snacks and drinks available all day and lunch was really nice. The staff bent over backwards to make sure everyone had a great time. Take a small amount of money extra in case you want to buy something on James Bond, buy a photo or tip the canoeing/boat staff.

All in all it’s very good value for the money. Everything was on time, the pick up and drop off, the activities, etc. Team is very nice and they put in the effort to make sure everyone is having a good time. It is a bit of a jam packed schedule as you visit 4 places so it feels a little rushed. The food is OK; you won’t be hungry. You spend more time on the big boat going from one place to the other, but the ride itself is very pleasant and relaxing.

Most memorable experience was with the paddlers of our canoe tours in and around Hong Is. And Phanak Is. The 2 paddlers recognized us as a family and stayed together – many smiles and jokes although different languages, plus they took many fantastic photos of us in our canoes.
Big Boat tour was excellent – relaxing, informative, and flexible to minimize the crowds. Only negative was the tardy pickup from our hotel sand then the surprisingly long over 1 hour shuttle ride to Ao Po pier, and return

Our mini bus picked us up at the hotel and took us to our tour operators, BJ Canoeing tour. We then sailed out to James Bond island where we took some brilliant photos of the island. When we got back to our boat a delicious lunch had been prepared for us which we ate while sailing to our next destination. We boarded canoes and sailed into caves and to a small beach. All in all a brilliant trip. Phang Nga bay is like Halong Bay in Vietnam. A word of warning though, you will have to be fairly mobile to go on this trip as you have to get on and off the boat and canoes which is not easy.

Very nice trip to James Bond island, made even better by the crew. Breakfast, snacks and lunch were provided and transport was seamless.
I only wish I’d realized it wasn’t a very active tour as the guides also paddle the canoes. Very nice and chill for guests of all fitness levels.

The day tour to Phang Bay & James Bond Island was great, the tour guide was very friendly and the food on board was great. Just don’t try to make an inquiries before the time you will get no response. I have struggled to get confirmation until 3 days before the trip and the person was not friendly.
