We saw all the major sights in the comfort of a clean, spacious Lincoln. Our driver/guide was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodated our specific request.
The day was expensive, but the convenience no parking hassles, no navigating city streets and no waiting for buses allowed us to see twice as much as we could have on our own with a minimum of research only us.
The driver was knowledgeable, gracious, and friendly.
The day could not have been better.

Our driver, Ricky, is a very smooth driver and quite knowledgeable regard Vancouver and surrounding areas. Took us to locations we were interested in seeing and suggested other great options.

Our guide, Ricky, was great. He had a lot of information about Vancouver for us and customized our tour to suit us. We only had an afternoon to spend in Vancouver, but felt we had seen all the highlights. We were very satisfied with our experience. Ricky was patient and knowledgeable. He was very considerate of the pace and abilities we had. Couldn’t have asked for a better day or guide to see Vancouver. Highly recommend him!

Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and hit all the highlights of Vancouver. The vehicle was very comfortable, and the whole experience was very professional and we felt like VIP’s. The _only_ thing missing was a mic for our driver. Because of some of the covid protections, road noise, and A/C and other ambient noise (normal stuff) it could be hard to hear some of the things that were being pointed out, mostly for those in the back. It wasn’t a huge deal, but my only suggestion to an otherwise wonderful excursion.
Extra helpful that we were transferring from a cruise ship, with half the family going to a hotel and other other half to the airport. being able to have the bags with us, unobtrusively, was a HUGE bonus!

Our group of 6 had a great day with our driver Ricky. He was a great driver and the vehicle was comfortable and well appointed. Ricky was knowledgeable about the city and engaging. We were able to visit many of the must see locations including Stanley Park, Lions Gate Bridge, and the suspension Bridge. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Graham our driver was excellent. He took us around Vancouver sharing with us all the history of the area. He was personable, friendly, conscious of our time , he gave great recommendations of where to eat and shop. He was a great tour guide.
Ricky the manager ensured everything was set up and ready to go. He called me the day before to make sure nothing had changed on our end. He made sure I had the name and number of the driver so there would be problems with the pick up.
    I highly recommend this company.

Comfortable seating for all 9 of us. Prompt hotel pick up and drop off. Knowledgeable driver/guide, Graham. Plenty time to explore all the stops and time for lunch. Room for improvement is if there is microphone and speakers installed so all passengers can hear.

“After changing your pick uptime twice. Upgrading you to a platinum SUV Dropping you at the Airport without any extra cost.
You are giving us 2 star review ??”
Above is the content of a WhatsApp message received at 01.15am (UK time) from Ricky.
There are always two sides to a story – let me give mine. I booked this tour a couple of months’ earlier to see something of Vancouver after disembarking a cruise before boarding our flight to the UK. The pickup time was originally 10.30am and I contacted the tour operator a week before to request a change to 10.00am; Ricky replied to confirm and provided contact information and instructions for our arrival at Canada Place cruise terminal.
We disembarked the ship much earlier than anticipated (9.10am) and following the instructions provided in Ricky’s WhatsApp asked the cruise terminal dispatcher to let Ricky know we’d arrived. Ricky confirmed to the dispatcher that the driver would arrive as soon as possible – we didn’t ask for that and had said that we were early. The dispatcher directed us to some nearby seats to wait – which was fine.
Ricky arrived in an SUV (a really nice vehicle) at approx. 9.57 and on loading our two check-in, two carry-on bags and a small holdall said “that wouldn’t have all fit in a saloon”. Our bags do fit in a saloon everywhere else we’ve been.
So, I changed the pickup time only once and that was a week ahead of the tour and three days before the payment was due.
My husband asked to sit in the front as he likes to take lots of photographs. We were taken for a ride through Chinatown, Gastown, the car briefly slowed down to allow photos of the steam clock and on to Stanley Park where we had some time to stretch our legs and take photos of the totem poles. It became clear that the customisable tour really needed to include either Capilano Suspension Bridge or Grouse Mountain. My husband does not like heights so neither of these were ideal. In the end we agreed to go to Capilano as Ricky noted they had installed a ‘cliff walk’ since our last visit to Vancouver. We had around an hour there. From Capilano we were taken on a route passing the Olympic torch, Girl in a wetsuit, English beach, the laughing buddas and ultimately to Granville Island which we were told was ‘the last stop on the tour’ and we could explore for a couple of hours. We could easily have taken less time here – we had lunch and stroll but were done within an hour and then waited/wasted time until Ricky returned to pick us up. We were then taken directly to the airport (our agreed drop off point) where we arrived at 5.15pm.
Having done a little research since we got back and given we didn’t really want to do either Grouse Mountain or Capilano (heights are a real issue for my husband), it is disappointing that we weren’t offered Queen Elizabeth Park or the Botanical Gardens as alternatives – but surely there are other things we could have seen on a more leisurely drive around Vancouver? I don’t know – it’s not my city and I’m not selling private tours.
Ricky was a smooth driver but didn’t offer to slow down or stop for photographs and, in reality, for our six hour private tour of Vancouver we were in the car for around 2¼ hours being dropped at the airport with 45 minutes remaining of the six hours.
I would have let all of this go except for Ricky’s subsequent harassment (a missed WhatsApp call at 7pm (UK time) yesterday evening followed up with his WhatsApp message at 1.15am this morning complaining about the review my husband had posted on TripAdvisor.
Apologies for my jet-lagged, sleep deprived grouchiness.

Ricky was very helpful in every way, communicative, and pleasant. He taught us a lot about Vancouver. We had a perfect day. Thanks Ricky! My only regret is I forgot to take your picture with your nice car.

Great introduction to Vancouver for those who have never been here. Our guide Joy was very knowledgeable and so nice. He took many pictures of us, knew all the best spots for photos and was very accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend him and this tour. Very comfortable car and great dinner recommendation also!

  12. John_W

Ricky was very accomodating when we were forced to be very late by our cruise coming into port well behind schedule. He provided guidance, purchased tickets for us in advance to avoid lines, rearranged itinerary to get us the priority experiences, and kept us on track with good communication.

  13. Patrick_M

Definitely worth it, saw everything we wanted to in Vancouver before our flight. No fighting with lines or waiting around.

  14. John_W

Rickey our driver gave us an excellent tour that included all the highlights of Vancouver. We didn’t feel rushed or bored at any time. We especially enjoyed spending time (and lunch) at Granville market. He moved us to the front of the ticket lines at a couple of the tourist destinations so we did not have to waste our time standing in long lines.

  15. Charles_P

Joy was wonderful. We could not do much walking and requested senes that were none walking. Our first was a Starbucks stop then beautiful spots that were camera ready. Joy honored our request and made the 6hrs most enjoyable.
