We have high praises for Marco Accettola! He picked us up at the ship terminal and took us to our hotel at the Fiumicini airport. Marco was on time, took control of our luggage, and greeted us with genuine warmth. When we arrived at the hotel, he got our luggage out of the car and found someone in the hotel to help us from there. He thoughtfully had cold water waiting for us in the car which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Marco for all your transfer needs. He was exceptional.

Oct 19th at 10:30 am…no car showed up…we waited for an hour..I tried calling the number from my booking…nobody would answer.I had to call another taxi to get to the Cruise Port…Confirm # 1330206054 and Booking Ref # 94079724. You charged my Credit Card CAD 220.44.. please instruct me how to get my refund. Thank you..
