When we arrived at the hotel, he called the hotels front desk to bring the luggage cart to help us unload because the lobby was on the 4th floor. There was also no place to park & unload in front of the hotels entrance! He was very helpful. Thank you

Our family of 5 booked a transfer from Haneda airport to Shinjuku. The driver was already waiting for us as we exited the arrival hall. This transfer service provides 90 minutes of free-wait-time from the time the plane is scheduled to land which should be sufficient to clear immigration and custom at Haneda. They will charge an additional 5,000 Yen to the fare if, the wait time exceeds 90 minutes. If you don’t want to push luggage thru subway and train stations in Tokyo, I highly recommend this service from Viator.

After the long trip and exiting customs the gentleman was waiting at the gate with my name on a card. Such a great feeling not to have to search where to go. We went outside and his vehicle was right at the curb. Wonderful drive into the city and straight to our hotel.

The driver was on time and seemingly tracked my flight–I arrived early and he was already there with a sign. However, it took TWO HOURS to get to my place in Tokyo from Haneda airport. I was looking at the route the entire time, and it appeared that the driver was avoiding tolls, therefore taking the longest route possible. Normally, the drive time would be 30 minutes to an hour maximum to my destination. It took one hour taking a normal taxi back to Haneda during peak rush hour.

I needed a last minute booking after the company my hotel recommended canceled my reservation at the last minute. It was my first visit to Tokyo, late night arrival, and the last thing I was interested in was trying to figure out how to get from the airport to my hotel. This transfer came to the rescue. Booked it just as I was about to board my 4-hour flight to Tokyo, and the driver was waiting for me at arrival.
