This trip was amazing thanks to Rachael’s wonderful attention to detail. Her humor, her musical transitions, her knowledge of Australia and engaging way of teaching us made for a perfect day. I felt so safe venturing off on my own following her guidance.

It was an amazing trip.sherif is one of the best tour guides i have met. The best things when we were on the way of Grampians sherif was told some fun fact about crossed villages

Absolutely wonderful trip. Our Driver cum tourguide Jon was such a delightful and friendly person. We touched upon a number of lookout points and went to McKenzie Walls which was the highlight of the tour. We also managed to meet friendly kangaroos, wallabies and emus.

I would like to make a review of my tour I traveled today with my father & daughter under tour guide Raquel on 13/3/2024. This is our first time to Melbourne. She took the extra mile to take care of my daughter, 14 who had motion sickness. She offered the front seat for her next to the driver’s seat to make her feel more comfortable and water with electrolytes.
She also has a very beautiful voice like a radio DJ and explains the history of the towns, Grampian we went. We saw the beautiful Mackenzie Falls!
Most importantly she drives safely and ensures we are able to see all that was listed in the itinerary. She makes the trip
Interesting. I would like to give her a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

5/5 for Raquel! She shared plenty of interesting stories & history throughout the tour which made it entertaining! She also gave us plenty of advice for hiking trails tailored to our various fitness levels

The drive from Melbourne to Grampian is long. Bring some snacks with you. There are not many lunch options out there. If you don’t like hotdogs and sandwiches, it is better to pack up your own food to take with you. The walk for the trail is tough, if you are not fit enough, don’t do it. Also I am not so impressed with the waterfall and canyon as I have seen much better ones in US and Canada. Our tour guide is very nice and great though. And seeing the kangaroo is the highlight of the entire trip.

Doing the Pinnacles walk and walk to the base of McKenzie falls were great. Being amongst free roaming kangaroos, happy to have their photo taken

  8. Isabelle_W

Really good tour and so glad I booked it. Just the right amount of hiking and the most amazing views

  9. Victoria_B

The areas were beautiful & Eva and Matt were great, really friendly helpful.
In general we had a great time! It’s a long day though and we noticed a few people couldn’t make it to some of the big spots (the steps to Mackenzie Falls are LETHAL!) so maybe rethink if you’re not happy doing a bit of climbing (stairs & rocks)

The most memorable part of the journey was meeting new people from all over the world and seeing the beautiful Grampians National park

  11. Karl_E

The entire city tour was unforgettable. Fred is one of the best guides! He gave us so many great impressions and has so much knowledge about Melbourne and Australia. Highly recommended!!!

  12. Allan_S

Beautiful scenery and great commentary by Dave. Due to cloud cover, we did not see the far reaching views but had a great time making “moody photos”. Good company.

Robert, our guide, did everything possible to make the group happy.
It is a long drive and long day but it was done very well

  14. Belinda_W

The most fun experience with the tour guide, Red! Great hides up and down the Grampian National Park to get up close so the waterfalls! Definitely, our favorite tour!!

  15. Cindy_A

Chose to join this day trip on my most recent visit to Melbourne because I wanted to see more of Victoria instead of just Melbourne itself, definitely made the right choice! The services offered were great. Mark was a great guide.
Quite a lot of walking & hiking that day, so it was a tiring day but certainly a worth it one.
A few tips, have breakfast beforehand, have a good rest, pack a few snacks for the road, and try the meat pie from the bakery where you’ll stop for early lunch.

Cloe was fun, fantastic and enthusiastic. Viator always finds the best guides for any trip we’ve taken, whether in Melbourne or in the United States. Cloe let us know what to expect and was very kind to those who were not as fast climbers as others.

  17. Krystina_L

It’s a great experience, with our guide Matt, who prepared morning tea and cakes, followed by hike up. He also doubled as a fantastic photographer since we saw wonderful views of Grampians via the lookouts.

  18. Peter_B

The Grampians and the various sites we visited especially the canyon boulders walk!
The tour guide Lucy was informative very pleasant,
    and competent.

Very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour!

Wonderful day trip – highly recomnended! Splendid walks with several waterfalls and lookout points with great views of the dramatic countryside. Our driver and guide Israel was very knowledgeable and witty and partook in all events during the day 👍👍👍
PS – I would strongly recommended good hiking shoes / boots, as some of the walks can be a bit challenging, especially in moist conditions…
