Our trip was amazing! We were lucky enough to see four pods of orcas all socialising and really putting on a show! And the sunset was beautiful. Highly recommend this trip!

We had captain Carl
First mate Joe
Petra, Rosie and Tobin and they were incredible! They were excellently in spotting whales and providing information on each species as well as the specific whale families we were viewing. They knew where to look for them and used all of our time effectively

Amazing!!! The Captain, first mate and all the staff were very friendly and professional. They clearly have a passion for their work. Taylor, was especially amazing. She was very friendly and open and available for questions at all times. She remembered my son’s name and called him by it which made him so happy! We were lucky enough to see a pod of Orcas that were particularly active. But even if we hadn’t seen anything the trip still would have been great because of the staff. My son is already planning on going back. (We live in Japan, so it an easy feat).

I looked at a few other whale watching cruises. This one was the best choice hands down. From the comfort of the boat, the amazing staff, the information from the guides (was so interesting and made the trip with the whales very memorable), the fact that you can enjoy the trip and they send you professional pictures….I could go on and on. So just pick this one, you will not be disappointed. Also, we did the sunset cruise, that was breathtaking coming back with the sun on Vancouver!!!! Hope you enjoy this as much as we did!!!!!

This entire trip was such a great experience. From the time we left the pier to the time we got back, the crew of the boat were professional, eager to to express all their knowledge of the whales, and were just as excited to see the whales as we were. It may be there job, but the smiling faces they have are real. I definitely will remember this tour as one of our top 5.

Everyone was very nice and they really tried to find orcas but we saw 2 humpback 🐋 and they put on a spectacular show!
William_S –
Seeing the one Humpback whale being so playful was really a highlight. The naturalists were very knowledgeable and able to answer questions without hesitation.

What an amazing trip. Great Central boarding location on Granville Island.
Large boat with plenty of space, set up so that everyone can be seated either inside or out so no problems with getting to sit where you want. Lots of outdoor viewing space too.
Fast drive of around an hour to first spotting point.
So lucky we got to see humpback whales, orcas, seals, sea lions and eagles.
You can get closer if you travel on a rib boat but for comfort and convenience this works really well .
Knowledgeable crew who give you lots of info ,thanks to Sebastian and Steven. Maurice also amazing as he kept the free hot drinks flowing and Karl was the driver.
Whole trip lasted around 4 hours and we arrived back in the harbour to an amazing sunset.
They then send you some photos taken by the crew of the wildlife you have seen.
Yes it’s expensive but it’s worth every penny
