A great garden with lots to see we walked about 12 miles while looking round, the only thing we didn’t like was the toilets all the sinks were blocked and there was water everywhere

  2. Beverley_C

The whole process was very straight forward and the staff at Kew Gardens were extremely helpful. A few more shelters around the garden would come in useful

We loved the walk round the tops of the trees. We loved the Japanese garden. We were fortunate to have a lovely lady called B who showed us round and told us lots of information about the gardens.

  4. JUDITH_W

I had never been to Kew garden so it was a very pleasant experience. Some of the staff were very helpful and some were not so much. We went to see the Japan exhibition which was disappointing

Very happy to have visited the gardens but them on a Sunday not one stall was opened and gave us little time to sit down and enjoy the views. Maybe next time they should keep the food stalls opened even on a Sunday! Lovely day though, we will definitely be going there again in the summer or Christmas time evening best

Beautiful place and so out of this world experience.the preservation of the species from all around the world within the same place

  7. Lesley_J

Kew gardens looked amazing. Most people were wearing masks in the green houses and staff were extremely helpful a great birthday treat.

  8. Eric_T

The Princess of Wales glass house was fab. The really irritating thing was the ticket fiasco. There was an option to download ticket which then presents something that says this is not a ticket but then says present this ticket???

The contrasting temperatures, humidities and wonderful array of plants was so awesome to experience. It I tells a story of so many cultures from around the world that we are not all able to visit but can explore nature at its finest. I would highly recommend Kew gardens for anyone who is interested in any kind of nature, plants or just a day out. I took my girlfriend for our 3rd year anniversary!

The orchid exhibition was gorgeous just walking through room after room of vibrant colour and beauty
Loved the Hive and walking in the tree tops!

Amazing gardens and walks and facility was excellent. Great for family and couples. Had a really great day out wind weather was fantastic.

I turned up with two friends and we were refused entrance because we weren’t with an adult. No mention of this restriction on the booking site. Wasted an entire day. Very disappointed.

I booked St Paul’s cathedral and Kew Gardens with you, the latest booking at Kew Gardens is 1h00.
St Paul only opens at 10:00 we were there at 10:00, we cut our tour short to try and make it to Kew Gardens by 1h00,but this is impossible, so halfway on the way there decided to give up as we would not make it in time, we canceled but were refused a refund, this is unacceptable as we booked both with your company, you should have known and warned us that it is impossible to make both attractions in one day.
Very disappointed. And will never book with Viator again.

The Entrance ticket provided by Viator was difficult to exchange at the box office at Kew Gardens. It took a long time for the ticket officer to find the reference and enter it. I was worried that the voucher I had paid for might not be honoured. In future I will book directly with the company or attraction.

The sign for the car park was tiny and we missed it the first time. We were very disappointed that neither the Temperate Glasshouse nor the tree top walkway were open, which was not mentioned when we arrived. Apart from that, we enjoyed our visit.

  16. Michael_S

Kew Gardens is spectacular-even in the winter. I am sure during the garden season it is incredible!!

  17. Claire_J

The trip was great. I would recommend the trip to anyone, it was very enjoyable. Lots of lovely plants, trees and flowers to enjoy.

We arrived at opening and spent about 4 hours, we could have spent longer but had to move on. They have a tram for additional cost that takes you around for an overview and narrative, worth it, we were then free to view areas that were to our interest. There were just to many areas that I enjoyed to just mention a few.

I have been to Kew on a number of occasions but this is the first time I had visited the Princess of Wales Conservatory which I found really interesting.
