Our guide Joe from Wales is what made the experience a 5. He was friendly and made sure he talked to all the guests. He explained all the views and was all about safety. The climb itself was a 3.5 Fun to do but a short distance. We were expecting a little more exertion from it.

This activity was very well run as well as fun. It’s very windy and was a bit cold but the operators offer you a coat and gloves if desired. Safety is obviously taken seriously yet it didn’t feel burdensome. The guides were friendly, helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend.

The whole thing! Climbing up was great, and our guide, Mel was very engaging and had a great personality for the job. I had been struggling with the gigantic group of screaming teenagers and children out in the courtyard. (Sound sensitivity)
To deal with that kind of thing is my problem. She could see that I was having some issues, but was very respectful and calming, even though she had no idea what my actual challenge was. Way to go Mel!
