    The driver was over an hour late to Gatwick, which caused us to miss our lunch irreplaceable reservation at a coveted restaurant. Also, the driver had the wrong address and took us to two incorrect hotels before arriving at correct Park Lane accommodations.

    On time , very profesional, driver was engaging which made the ride very enjoyable. The car was clean and spacious. The driver offer extra help to get me in my hotel and in the airport given I had many suitcases. Def. Good experience. Perhaps one suggestion will be to contact the client 12-24 h in advanced.

    The driver was not there when I arrived. I had to call the dispatcher twice, then wait for 15 minutes before the driver arrived. When he arrived, I was shocked to see that it was a blue Toyota Prius, instead of a nicer car, which was my expectation based on the cost. This was essentially an overpriced Uber / Lyft.

    This is by far the worst service we have had in Viator… beware of this merchants service. Driver was late in picking us up, appeared very untidy and didn’t speak English. Roads were closed in the city when we arrived so he dropped us off in the middle of nowhere, told us to walk to our hotel. He has us speak to his supervisor who also was very rude to us. No apologies whatsoever or any offer to assist us with our luggage even to get us to a safe area. We were with my 80 year old mom, we had 3 large suitcases and 3 small ones, imagine us hauling all of these in the middle of the brick roads in London. It took us an hour to get to our hotel… by that time we were so exhausted and frustrated. What a horrible customer service. Viator you should screen your merchants and remove this company!!!

    This was just transportation from airport to the place where we are staying. The driver was at the designated pickup location. Very courteous and efficient service. Thanks

    I was on an international flight and it ended up being 1.5 hours late and then delayed by 1.4 more hours once it landed waiting for a gate. The driver did not even call me until 1:33 a.m. and then left the airport even though I called back at 1:41 a.m. after customs.
    Got a rude operator and they said they were charging me anyway ?

    Pick up was a bit shaky company left because our flight to UK was delayed. You would have think that they would check with airline, I mean that’s why they ask for our flight # and airline. However all worked out they came back to pick up me and my family. Going back to airport from hotel was flawless. On time pick up at 5am as scheduled!

    Paid $224 for a round trip from Heathrow to East London,, then was emailed before I left the departing airport that I would have pay 80 pounds more. I went ahead and paid it. When I got to Heathrow at 12 noon, there was no driver. I had to call the local office who said I did not pay and I said I had email confirmation. Once they saw the email confirmation they said they would send someone to pick me up. Once I met the person from Viator which was two hours they got an Uber for me which cost 36 pounds. I felt I was ripped off and over paid for the trip.

    This was a ‘simple’ private transfer from airport to hotel – booked and paid for far in advance. The driver was not in the arrival hall as planned. Instead, 10 minutes later, had to follow up with Viator to find out that the driver was 10 minutes away. In fact it was another 15 minutes – no apology, wrong size car despite clear instructions. There were many other professional drivers there on time and ready. Simply not good enough. Return transfer was worse requiring cancellation in order to get to the airport on time. Again, very late, wrong size car.

    Paid for, but didn’t get to use any of the purchase. Airlines delay caused us to miss the first transport (acceptable), but the company showed up an hour earlier without notice and then cancelled our ride. They did not refund the very expensive transport. The Viator contractor is called Travel Inn. I would advise to NOT use this service! Viator not Travel Inn would help me book a replacement ride! Unacceptable service.

    I booked a round trip from airport to hotel I payed 230.00 both ways for 2 people and the driver was 45 min late and we had to wait at the airport. When he arrived he said that it was going to be an extra 60.00 to take you to your hotel because he had to pay a toll to get into London city center. And he did not take credit cards only cash so we went to the ATM and got cash. We did not see a toll the hole way to hotel. Then the company emailed me and said that I owed them 60.00 I told them that I payed the driver cash and you will have to get with them. I have always used victor and never have any issues.

    Way Better than carrying luggage on the tube/train which is cheaper

    That the driver left us at the airport because we were delayed getting off the plane and taking extra time to get our checked bags. Someone called and I told her that we was getting our bags to have the driver wait although by the time we got out of the baggage claim our driver was gone. This caused us to miss out dinner cruise that evening. I must say other than the return trip to the airport the driver being late picking us up the driver was very nice. I would never book a private transfer with this company again.

    My driver was so good. I never felt concerned about my safety and she was great at getting around, knowing where I needed to be and how long it would take to get there. She also pointed things out on the way into London as I told her I’d never been there before and wanted to know what things were. She was also friendly which a big plus in a city where I knew no one.
