We loved the wild life sanctuary, feeding the kangaroos and seeing all the animals up close. Almost liked better than the Penguins, but that was special as well.

  4. Steven_A

Great Service and knowledgeable Kevin. His effort to get us great seats for the penguin parade greatly appreciated

  5. Ching_M

The Moonlit Sancturay is nice. Hope can stay more time there. The penguin parade is wonderful. We have a great day.

My tour guide is Sherif. He is an Egygtian guy with a penguin, not a sheriff with a gun. He is very entertaining. He tells jokes, plays musical instrument and loves animals esp penguins.
It is very fun to have him as a tour guide.

Our tour guide, Lucy was amazing, she brought us so much fun. We saw so many cute animals, kangaroos, wombats and the last but not the least – penguins 🐧 parade.
We had a wonderful day !

Watching the penguins come ashore was amazing, and their voices filling the night just magical! And our guide was very helpful and pointed out early penguins, so we could take pictures of them while it was still permitted.
Unfortunately, the penguins were rather early, so we sort of rushed to get there, and had to cut the earlier stops short. That’s life, I suppose.

Kevin was the best host and treated us with TLC! The sites he took us on the way to Penguin Parade would not have been the same without him. If you reserve this trip, ASK FOR KEVIN!

We took this trip, as we didn’t want to drive a rental car and get too tired. The trip was very comfortable and our guide Terry gave good explanations on various sites we visited. It makes a whole difference when your guide is pleasant and persuasive to keep all passengers on time, etc. When we come back to Australia, we will definitely join this type of tours to visit other places of interest. Money worth!

The Moonlit Sanctuary was fantastic. I do recommend that you pay the extra for the Koala encounter!
We didn’t see a ton of penguins but we saw enough both on the beach and waddling by the boardwalks back to their burrows.
Yoni was our guide and she was great. Knowledgeable, helpful, and a great driver to boot!

  12. Rhian_M

A really great day. Our guide Yoni was very knowledgable and told us lots of interesting information. Saw lots of native animals at Moonlit sanctuary and quite a few penguins.

Tour was great – loved all the stops (Brighton bathing boxes, moonlit sanctuary, the nobbies, penguin parade). A little different than advertised. Definitely pay extra to pet the koala at moonlit – so good! Lots of cute animals and you do see plenty of penguins! Only complaint is I wish viator listed the type of your business/company so you knew what to look for during pickup (mine was Go West). A little stressful personally but bus was on time at the correct location so it all worked out! Worth the money.

  14. DG_J

Phil did a great job, but bus was 24 people, not 12, and tour was Go West not Bunyip.
A bit confusing and almost walked away.

  15. Julie_B

What a fun unexpected add to my convention schedule! Aaron was absolutely fabulous and kept his energy and enthusiasm the whole day. His Australian Playlist was great, the entire day start to finish was upbeat and enjoyable!! And ohhhh those penguins!❤️

  16. Ang_M

Young, lady driver/ guide and male guide were friendly, informative, great.
Will be good if bus/van is bigger coz it was rather cramp and stuffy with 20 plus people on board.

  17. Patrick_W

    Pleasant driver. Wonderful nature.
Seats in van are relatively tightly packed. We were the last folks picked up (well, someone has to be last) and had the smallest clearance seats and limited view. The seat ahead of us was very tall, raised up atop the rear wheel well, limiting our view.
Other than that, a good tour.

A good guide, Ash. He was patient and knowledgeable. Penguin parade was awesome. A true highlight for the trip.

  19. Brenda_T

Experience at Moonlit Sanctuary was fabulous, being able to feed the wallabies, kangaroos and stroke koalas was great fun for kids.
Mark A had been an excellent guide, thank you for the wonderful experience

We loved the trip organised by Go West and we love our seabird expert tour guide. This was definitely a worthy and interesting thing to do around Melbourne. Will strongly recommend to friends.
