Perfect organization! Punctual transfer by limousine (which is actually a minibus but air-conditioned and with large and comfortable armchairs), 4-star hotel with a very comfortable bed and views of the valley, varied breakfast and very good meals (they were however a fixed menu so every extra order was paid separately). the first day we visited cat cat village, beautiful but obviously artfully created for tourists. on the second day we walked through the rice fields, visited three authentic villages, had lunch in a local place and enjoyed all the wonders of the place. Vote 10 and praise! there were two guides, both good and available in answering our every curiosity.

the only complaint is about the transportation, please be aware that the Vietnamese people are quite short.. my group was formed by tall people (between 1.80 and 1.95 m) and for this reason, the bus transportation was not so comfortable as there was a limited space for our legs (especially for certain seats)

Trip was well planned with a nice hotel & tour guide. Really appreciate the provider for texting me the trip details weeks before the trip. A 9-seater limousine bus picked us up from our old quarter Hanoi hotel. However our riding experience weren’t great. As we were the last to be picked up & they filled up all seats, they didn’t have enough luggage place & had to put them in the centre aisle preventing people from exiting. Driver did not bother to help move the luggage at stop over and people were trapped.
We also didn’t get a hotel room with mountain view. Other than that, the hotel was comfortable with nice food. We enjoyed the walk through Cat Cat village on day 1, and the challenging steep trek through the rice fields to the villages on day 2. It was a memorable experience & our guide Mu was friendly & took great care of us! Overall, good experience!
