The museum is amazing, of course; the guide could have speak better English, this is not an accent issue but a knowledge one. She literally spoke many French words and needed to be more engaging, you could see the people of our group not really paying attention to her and just wandering around between the first 30 minutes. I also was expecting for her to walk us out of the museum like any of the other tours I have taken, or unless for her to give us the option to exit with her or stay.

Adam was an amazing guide! I have no interest in museums or art, was just going to the Louvre because felt like I needed to go because it’s so famous. Adam was engaging and funny and kept us entertained the whole time while also giving us a great deal of art history knowledge. The tour was so good, I didn’t want it to end. I did this tour with my husband and two teenagers and we all decided it was the highlight of our Paris trip. Highly recommend the tour and request our tour guide, Adam if possible.

Our guides name was Claude, he was quite friendly and was most knowledgeable, he had a great sense of humour was also well spoken in English. Claude behaved in a pleasant and professional manor and was definitely pleasant to be around. Claude did an excellent job showing us the key pieces of art and explained very well the history and story behind each one of them. My wife and I really enjoyed the experience, a huge thanks to Walks France and especially to our guide Claude.

We booked this event a month in advance of our trip. We picked this one because of all if offered. A couple days before I received a email that it was cancelled. Of course NOTHING was available at that point and my family was left from seeing their dreams come true by going to the Louvre and seeing Mona Lisa and other things. Then the next day after I received my cancellation email my card was charged! I called the number and was told to call Viator which I couldn’t find the number for. It was only when they send several follow up emails asking how I enjoyed the experience I could locate a contact number asking for a refund. Truly disappointed.

My did not go on the tour. When we got to the museum, we did not know where to go. My friend and I made several calls to Viator. They were not very helpful. We were directed to 2 places. Both said they could not help
Us. The last person I spoke to refused to cancel the reservation. Ee ended up buying tickets from the myseum. Please issue me a refund.
