The tour was fun with sailing on a ship and going up a mountain. However, we couldn’t see Mount Fuji on the day of our tour. I think they should add in an extra perk for those who can’t see the Mountain.

You get to do everything in 1 day. They give you clear meeting instructions and give you lunch. The lunch was very good, a different experience. Great tour and great guide.

As a trip takes a long time (almost 11 hours) and it is not a guided tour as I expected, it is crucial to have a perfect weather to be satisfied with a tour.
I’ve paid for the tour only when I was sure that the weather in Hakone would be good. So, my overall expression is close to “excellent”. But it could be “outstanding” if some stories and facts during a trip and/or short breaks near sighseeing spots would be provided.

Was just ok. Would’ve been way better if we stopped to take a picture of Mt Fuji. The landing area had no view of the mountain. Lunch was good. Unfortunately due to cloudy weather the views on the Hakone lift & Pirate ship was disappointing. Tour guide was difficult to understand at times.

Wonderful stops for Hakone views at Station and 2 ( I think) then an amazingly Fuji View lunch at a ninja facility and Hakone ropeway and the sulfuric spots in Mt Hakone and souvenir stop for black eggs
Happy was a great guide which good bits of info about Japan and activities with origami and she sang!
And we just made it in the nick of time for the bullet train

Great tour. Our tour guides were fantastic and every where we visited was fantastic, the lunch was great and I recommend selecting to travel back by bullet train a half hour trip instead of 2 hours in the coach

It is a one day trip with a strict schedule. However, this was organized well as it is quiete exhausting. Normally we travel by ourselves but we couldn’t have managed to see all this in 1 day as it is a rural area. The price is very good compared to all you get.
We were very lucky as the sky was bright and we saw Mt Fuji at her best!

I had asked for no fish and that was accommodated. Guide entertained us with his own videos when traffic slow. Would definitely recommend, thank you.

This was a well done day tour that gave us a chance to see Mt. Fuji ( which was not visible due to cloud coverage) and the surrounding area. Our bus driver and tour guide, Happy, made it a very enjoyable trip. Don’t be fooled there is no time to linger long at any of the stops so just understand it is a quick overview of the area. We loved the hot pot lunch and opted for the bullet train back to Tokyo which too 35 minutes instead of 2 hours by bus.
