It was a splendid trip and the timing was perfect. The buses arrived on time and we did not have to spend time waiting. The tour guide was excellent and hilarious! Unfortunately, I forget his name. He was very informative and the bus ride was comfortable. Thereafter the boat ride that we took after the bus ride was equally great and we managed to see many mansions during the tour. it was well worth and pretty well organized. I would recommend this trip to anyone who would like to explore Miami.

I recommend buying the boat experience separately and just sticking to that…..don’t take bus experience , firstly no planning and instructions, 2ndly they force you to buy souvenir from shop they force you in, don’t let you roam around for your experience and lastly expect really high trip and force the box in your face in argumentative way……if tip isn’t given for bad experience by then, they literally start yelling at you……

Tour covered the areas listed on the program except that after the Boat Tour we couldn’t locate the Bus to take us on the final part of the Tour back to the starting point so ended up taking an Uber. Would recommend with the notation that unlike other Viator Tours that we’ve taken there was heavy emphasis on both the Bus and the Boat that tips were welcome at the point of exit and that the Boat people requested a minimum of $5 per person.

Helena was a great speaker, and was able to convey and show me the life of Cubans here in America. I love their culture, the music, the clothes, the food and the way they live. Helena was able to take us to a new world. I learned a lot. I would definitely come back again.

Boat Tour and Guide was very good. Bus tour was average, they held front row 4 seats and charged 5$ extra for each. Worst part is front seats has the view blocked by wind shield, you have to look side ways, what’s the point?
If you want to get upper deck, need to be first in the line otherwise they will sell fast especially when the weather is good.
Worth if you pay 29$ from viator.com otherwise it costs 55$ at office and 39$ the miamitours.com which is not worth it.

There was a lot of communication breakdowns as no one at the company seems to have complete mastery of English and I don’t have mastery of Spanish. We were told we could store our bags then that it was ok to take our bags and they could stay on the bus only to be told by the driver we had to take the bags off. When we left a bag on the bus they were very unhelpful telling us the only way to even check on the missing bag was to go to headquarters rather than calling the other driver to see if the bag was there. In the end we missed half of the tour and had to wait almost 3 hours to get the missing bag when we could’ve stayed where we were and gotten the bag had they made a simple call. We will not use them again and I should’ve known with such a low star rating in the first place. My bad.

Driver’s assistant refusing to allow us to sit of stand inside the bus when it was raining, but let three men who said that they were with the women & children SIT DOWN when they could have stood up to allow myself (76 years old) and husband space on the inside of the bus…The families with small children sitting had the children sitting alone taking up twelve seats. I was totally disappointed on the return trip back to the boarding location, I also submitted a complain with the office manager. I know that there is a rain or shine policy, but what about common sense?

Great value! We saw allot of sites around the city. I wish we had more time to explore Little Havana. Passengers sitting on top of the bus have to duck tree branches. It was really fun.
There is a really long walk at the Market Place from where the bus drop off to the boat. It would be good if customers were given instructions on paper so they will not be confused. I really enjoyed the tour.

I should have read the reviews on the Miami Double Decker tours. They are completely accurate. This was a mediocre experience. The great price is because they are going to attempt to part you from your money throughout the tour and, well, nearly ruin it.
They will stop at crowded stores where they want you spend money. The will encourage you to buy overpriced alcoholic beverages, they will take you to restaurants to spend your money on a meal. Oh, and during the boat tour take your photo when you are onboarding and try to sell them to you later. They asked people to sign up for a raffle to gather a ton of data they will sell to marketing firms claiming you can win a free trip/vacation. One girl who won a free trip said they told her she just had to pay the taxes up front and do … in order to actually travel. She declined.
And the repeated ask for tips. UGH! Seriously, owners, just pay your staff a living wage already. One tour guide asked us to write any complaints on a $50 bill because she reads all of those to her bosses. I decided this review would be my forum instead.
Also, like many others complained about, after waiting at the bus drop off/pick up area for 45 minutes after the boat tour, we got a Lyft back to our car because a bus had not arrived to get us and we had evening plans to get to. Just don’t select this tour, they give you little interesting information and a lot of grift.
