Excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable and passionate. Tour started on time and Skip the line and we had access to the gladiators arena were the tour guide explained how gladiators entered the arena. Tour was 3 hours full of history, we really enjoyed this tour.

Unfortunately I don’t recall our guide’s name, but he was very passionate and knowledgeable on the subject. He made sure to answer questions. He had great insight into Roman history, and he had a great sense of humor. His English was impeccable as well. We felt that he touched on all of the major areas of the Coliseum that we were interested in seeing. Would definitely recommend this tour and this guide!

Disorganized and rude provider. Guide not good. There was a national bike race that made navigating the city more complicated. The race route was in place for months. The tour company did not account for this at all until the day before the tour. And they were highly disorganized, regardless. They did not seem honest. We booked this tour a month in advance. It’s like the tour provider wanted to book as many people as possible and then figure it out later. The lady who took us was a nice person, but I do not think she was an official guide. Do not use this your provider.

The colosseum is amazing but the time of our tour was changed and then we arrived it was loved another 3 times. Not ideal when you are waiting with 3 children on the heat. We had to walk around for hours in the end to wait to be put on a tour.

We were very disappointed. We received an email the tour moved back to 5:30pm which was surprising as the venue closes by 6:30-7 and we were scheduled for an hour tour. We arrived at 5 to be greeted by no one. We communicated with the tour guide, they showed up. We waited until 6 then could not get into the group we just were added to. In the end we had a 10 min over view from Paulo and then were asked to leave the stadium. We asked for a refund and were told no because we missed the time. We have back up communications to support what happened yet still no refund or even an apology. I would not book with this unorganized company.

Bra guide, men fruktansvärt dåligt organiserat från företaget. Meddelades att guidetiden flyttats från 11:30 till 17:00. Då vi (4 personer) kom till mötesplats fanns vi inte med i gruppförteckning. Genom att uppvisa mejlkonversationen fick vi till slut följa med på guidningen. Skrovlig auidiolur, så att inget gick att uppfatta.
