The whole experience was so wonderful from start to finish. Very welcoming greeted by the skipper and the staff . The staff were very friendly and always on Hand to help . Food was lovely and also plenty of drinks … great views of London and the skipper tells you loads of interesting facts of London … I definitely recommend to anyone and will be coming back .. thank you

Brilliant from start to finish. Super easy to get to from the Tower Hill tube station. Everything is very clearly signposted and in the unlikely event you get confused on where to go or the procedure, the staff on site are more than willing to help. Boarding the cruise ship was swift and easy, professional staff inside waiting to escort you to a reserved table. We had a window seat which was absolutely ideal for the perfect views. The food was decent, don’t expect fine dining here, you’re paying for an experience, but it was more than adequate. Chicken supreme with a gorgeous chocolate cake to finish off. Tour guide was very informative and the humour was very welcoming. It was unfortunate that it was raining a bit as it hindered the views but it was an absolute brilliant experience.

Unfortunately Viator booked in an agent sname rather than mine which caused a high degree of unnecessary pain in finding my booking as I stood there in the rain with my children.

The service, meal and commentary were very good. A choice of menu and a starter would have made it more special. The toilets not working and seeing a waitress bring a bowl of water into the toilets to flush waste away and no water in the taps to wash hands – took the shine off the whole experience somewhat.

Well worth the price. A very good opportunity to get some good pictures from an uncommon perspective. The meal was decent, the staff reasonably friendly, and the boat comfortable. The commentator had some good dad jokes and provided some historic and current information that was interesting. After several days of 20K steps it was nice to have a scheduled outing where we could relax.

Very delicious lunch of chicken, potatoes, carrots and green beans. Loved the lemon tart dessert! Great wine and drinks…including after lunch tea/coffee. Friendly and attentive staff! It was very hard to hear the narrator during the cruise…I would have liked to hear the script about the bridges and buildings along the Thames.
