Mimmo was a fantastic, enthusiastic and knowledgable host. His skills were clear when he made all his demos look so easy! We had a brilliant group and a lot of fun. We received generous wine top ups throughout and ate 4 courses, 3 of which we made ourselves. Would highly recommend!

Overall we had a good time during the class. It was fun to make the pasta, baked swordfish rolls and vegetables, which were delicious. There was wine provided but no wine ‘tasting’ as suggested in the description, which was disappointing.
The chef also completely ignored our table during most of the class and when we requested instructions, they were skimmed over. More attention were given to other tables towards the front.
We also arrived earlier than everyone else and were told to sit at the dining table. When the others arrived, they were sat down at the food preparation table first and my friend and I were sat last and were not able to sit on the same table.
The highlight of the experience was getting to know the other guests who were really lovely and friendly! Overall, this could be a great class if you are sitting towards the front and they’re more aware of your presence.

The entire family enjoyed the class. From meeting new people to eating the amazing food, it was a fun way to spend time together. Chef Mimo was very good at explaining & his entire team made it a great experience. We’d highly recommend this to anyone visiting!
