We had Marco as our guide, he was wonderful and knowledgeable. He made the day a wonderful experience. He knew exactly where to take us and when to maximize our experience. Marco was so enjoyable to listen to all the real stories of things that happy during filming. He showed us exactly where things happened and the movie came alive as you walked through the very streets as the actors and crew. I think I enjoyed the anecdotes about Francis Ford Coppola more than anything else. This just makes you want to watch the movies all over again. Thank you so much Marco!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Godfather tour of Savoca and Forza d’Agro. As a fan of the movies and Italy I would highly recommend this tour for insights that may not be available otherwise. The tour is worth it for the vistas alone if you have no interest in the background of the movie.
Our guide (Marco!) made the entire tour even richer with local information and insights…..and he knows everyone! He is obviously a fan of the movies but more importantly a fantastic ambassador for the local area and Sicily in general.

Fabio is a nice guide but the description of the tour does not match with the reality.
There was no wine degustation and the dinner was in fact a lunch. The food for lunch was on the cantine level, I do not recommend this tour.

This was an exceptional tour. Marco was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. As a local to the area, he also shared in depth history of Savoca and Forzo d’Agrò beyond the film highlights, as well as some tips on local street food in Taormina. The town of Savoca is lovely and well worth visiting even if you don’t know much about The Godfather films. We enjoyed the sights at a relaxed pace and Marco remained conscious of our comfort in the heat. Don’t skip the granita at Bar Vitelli! Highly recommend this tour.

A fun, relaxing day trip into the countryside to escape the crowds of Taormina for a few hours. Beautiful scenery and a chance to see authentic Sicilian villages. The Godfather locations are a bonus. Marcus was terrific—enthusiastic, intelligent, and full of great stories.

Our guide Marco was a veritable encyclopedia of info and insights. He could not have been nicer and clearly enjoys what he does. Trust me when I say if you enjoyed The Godfather this is an experience you can not refuse!!

While our guide Omar went above and beyond. I felt the tour fell short on the meal option. It indicated food tasting or fish dinner. At no time were we asked which we preferred. Being we took the last tour of the day and going over the dinner hour I had assumed we would be offered the fish dinner (guess you should never assume). Instead a plate of antipasti and 3 very small tastings of a variety of eggplant, granita and a glass of wine. While all very tasty I think the options that were listed was deceiving for the simple fact the operator chose on my behalf. We were very fortunate to meet the actress who starred in the film as Appolina’s mother as she still lives in the town and got our picture taken with her. Very lucky.

We were charged for a private tour, and received a semi private tour. We Recieved a text a day before the tour saying that another couples tourguide was unavailable and would we mind if they rode along with us. I said sure, assuming our rate would be adjusted from the private rate to to the semi private rate. Our tourguide was not the warmest person and was disappointed in the amount of info provided while on the actual tour. Lunch was delicious although we needed to find our tourguide after to get our ride back. I would not recommend this company.

This was a fantastic tour! Not only did we get to see the places where many of the scenes took place in The Godfather, but we got to see the beauty of Sicily. Our tour guide, Omar Orlando, was so knowledgeable about the movie and the island of Sicily. I am disabled and he was so attentive and made sure I got to see everything on the tour. He said it was our tour and we could spend as much time as we needed to take pictures, eat and shop! I would definitely recommend you asking for Omar! He made the tour so special! Thank you Omar!
