Grazia and Agata were so lovely and so kind, according to our request they taught us to prepare vegan dishes 🌱. The class was very professional and each step in the cooking process came with an explanation.
Agata was amazing, so young with so much knowledge in cooking…
At the end of the course we sat down to eat what we had cooked including excellent red wine 🍷

The organisers (Simone and another lady who’s name I cannot remember) were so friendly and clearly tried to put on a nice event, which is why I still rated this 3 stars. Unfortunately the ambiance of this cooking class is not what you’d expect from paying nearly $100. It’s set in an undecorated industrial kitchen somewhere in the middle of a block of flats in Catania, and the instruction was very minimal (e.g. “you chop this,” “you cook that”). Again, I do want to stress the organisers did really try to make it nice by setting the table, getting us coffee, and helping us cook a 3 course meal. However, for what we paid, this experience wasn’t really worth it.
