Going on an oyster tasting experience was always something I had looked forward to. Arriving when the Coffin Bay oysters were unavailable was, to say the least, disappointing. BUT the tour went ahead with oysters from elsewhere which were absolutely delicious. Dressed in waders we crossed the the bay to our special pavilion where oysters and beverages were waiting for us. Cameron and Shiino were outstanding tour leaders – Cameron informed us with lots of interesting info and Shiino provided to oysters and drinks. They created a relaxed and friendly tone for our oyster experience. I would absolutely recommend tis tour to anyone who loves oysters. Those who don’t, well… they don’t know what they are missing out on.

Joe and Shane ( our tour guides) were just lovely. They were helpful and knowledgeable. We had 4 freshly shucked oysters to taste while Shane told us about the oyster industry. Would recommend this tour.
