We had Alina as guide and it was a very pleasant experience. She told us many interesting stories about old and young breweries in Dusseldorf and how alt bier came to an existence. I strongly recommend this tour. It is eye opening and you get 3 beers! A full 5 stars, I would have given 6 stars if I could.

Bilingual English-German tour, we were the only two non-German speakers in the group, but that did not contribute to our exclusion. Each passage being scrupulously translated in turn. The visit, in addition to being very interesting and rich in discoveries about the culture of Düsseldorf concerning its famous Altbier, was punctuated by tastings of very cold beers in a good-natured and typical atmosphere at each brewery-stop. The quality-price ratio as such is very interesting, because in addition to discovering the local beers, we discover their history and the brewing techniques, it is a must do if you go to Düsseldorf.

We took this tour today with Lena and couldn’t have asked for more. Lena was knowledgeable about the beer making process and the area. She was clear and a great communicator despite this being her second English lead tour. We really enjoyed experiencing the breweries with the group we went with and will definitely return to the places we went with Lena. We would 100% recommend the tour with Lena, the tour group is lucky to have her !
